FAQs
Do these events count toward CPD hours?
Yes. A2A events are eligible for Structured CPD. We’ll provide evidence of attendance, and firms are responsible for keeping their own verifiable CPD records.
Can a firm transfer or substitute attendees if someone can’t attend?
Yes. We offer reasonable flexibility. Substitutions are generally permitted, provided we are notified before the event. For year-long programs (e.g., the Graduate Professional Skills Program), substitutions are more difficult once the program has started. We encourage firms to contact us early so we can help.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
We approach refunds with fairness and common sense.
For multi-month programs, such as the Graduate Professional Skills Program, we provide prorated refunds where a graduate leaves their firm before completing the year.
For shorter programs and events, refunds may be available in reasonable circumstances (e.g., medical or compassionate grounds), or firms may transfer the place to another participant.
Do you run private or in-house versions of these programs?
Yes. Many A2A programs can be delivered privately for firms or networks and tailored to your context, team size, and learning goals. Contact us for more details.
