For event registrations, CPD programs, webinars & purchases

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all registrations, purchases, and interactions with A2A Knowledge (“we”, “us”). By completing a registration or purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Registrations

Registration is confirmed once payment is received. You must ensure all information provided is accurate at the time of registration.

2. Payment

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe). We do not retain or store full credit card details.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

We understand circumstances change. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in reasonable situations.

A2A aims to be fair, flexible, and reasonable.

Refunds may be granted for:

  • Graduates who leave their firm before completing the program
  • Medical or compassionate circumstances
  • Significant unexpected disruption preventing participation
  • A2A cancelling a session or program

Refunds will be:

  • Prorated for program components not yet delivered
  • Issued via the original payment method
  • Processed within 10 business days

No-refund situations:

  • Change-of-mind
  • Failure to attend without notice

Substitutions:

Where possible, substitutes may attend in place of the registered participant (not always applicable depending on program type).

4. Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify dates, presenters, or delivery format as needed.
Where changes occur, participants will be notified promptly.

5. Third-party consultants & facilitators

Some events, programs and/or resources are delivered by third-party specialist consultants (e.g., David G Stevens, Justin Reid Consulting, AQA Advisory, Greenway Avenue Consulting, Readygrad, Alpha 8 Pty Ltd, David Mallard and others).

Participation in these programs may be subject to additional terms imposed by those consultants.
A2A exercises due care in selecting external consultants and service providers; however, we are not responsible for their independent accuracy, advice, privacy practices, or contractual terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided are protected by copyright.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific license agreement, materials must not be distributed, reproduced, or shared outside your organisation.

7. Limitation of Liability

All training, programs, and resources are general in nature and do not constitute professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2A is not liable for loss, damages, or reliance arising from use of training content, events, or materials.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used.
By registering, you consent to being contacted with event-related information and follow-up resources.
